07: Site map
LAVI app architecture
The site map defines every screen in LAVI, how they connect, and where they sit within the navigation hierarchy. Originally produced in Figma as part of the information architecture phase before wireframing began.
Architecture decision
The structure is intentionally flat, no core feature is more than 2 taps from the home screen. This decision was driven directly by user research: participants said they abandon apps that require more than 3 steps to complete a task. Depth was sacrificed for speed.
